Debates: Next Stage Review
Over the coming months Civitas will be holding a series of debates to look at some of the key themes, drivers and milestones in the Next Stage Review of the NHS currently being conducted by Lord Darzi.
The series, to be chaired by the former Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Professor Aidan Halligan, aims to provide a platform for healthy, open and unassuming discussion on the future of the NHS, independent of a particular political line.
Our goal is to involve key stakeholders as well as the grassroots of the medical profession; with the end-foci on the rediscovery of lost values in frontline staff and on revitalising patient experience.
