Carolina Bracken

Carolina worked in witness care at the Crown Prosecution Service before studying Law at the London School of Economics. She is now a Research Fellow at Civitas, focusing on criminal justice and the European Union. She has a particular interest in the effectiveness of prison to prevent offending behaviour, as well as wider issues of civil regulation.
