Nick Cowen

Nick Cowen is the Communications Mananger at Civitas. He holds degrees in Philosophy from University College London and Political Theory from the University of Oxford. He is the author of Total Recall: How direct democracy can improve Britain (2008), Swedish Lessons: How schools with more freedom can deliver better education (2008) and has co-authored a number of other reports.
