Role: Research and Events Assistant
Project: Forum on Integration, Democracy and Extremism (FIDE)
Salary: £22-26 per annum, based on experience
Hours: 9 am–5.30 pm, full-time
Description: including but not limited to providing research assistance to the project director, organising seminars and events, managing communications and social media.
We are looking for a bright and capable graduate who is passionate about topics relating to identity politics, democracy, free speech, social cohesion, and counter-extremism.
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree (minimum upper second class). A relevant post-graduate degree or professional experience in counter-extremism, the civil service, journalism or working in Westminster is desirable.
Ideally, you will be enthusiastic about investigative work and have demonstrable organisational skills. Experience arranging events and basic design skills would be an advantage.
